WHO WE ARE
FARR was formed in 1990 by community leaders, churches, service organizations and others to provide assistance to those residents in need. FARR's goal was to create a community where residents were stable and able to maintain their own household.
Today, FARR assists our clients in moving their lives in a positive and productive direction.
